Working with the Owner from concept through delivery and into vessel operation, IMA Yachts provided technical and logistical support as part of a team lead by the Owner's project manager. IMA looked after the client's interests on site, with a full-time project representative supported by the team based in Fort Lauderdale. After delivery, IMA continued to represent the client's interests with monitoring regulatory compliance and providing operational support.
