Acting in the capacity of Owner's Advocate and single point representative, IMA Yachts began with the development of initial concept and requirements. Further, IMA represented the client through contract signing with the shipyard by:
- Evaluating potential shipyards and making recommendations
- Working with the designer and shipyard to ensure the design meets client requirements and expectations
- Reviewing and evaluating the specification and contract
Continuing with detail design and construction, IMA is leading the Owner's team, which is comprised of designer, security consultant, and audio/visual specialist. IMA is representing the Owner's interests with:
- A full-time onsite project inspector
- Technical consultation - drawing approval and recommendations
- Milestone evaluation
- Budget recommendations
